Overview

Cleartali is a no-login tools site. You can use the calculators and utilities without creating an account or intentionally submitting personal profile information.

Some operational data may be processed to keep the site reliable, understand aggregate usage, measure tool interactions, manage consent, prevent abuse, and support advertising where enabled.

Tool Inputs

Calculator and utility inputs are processed in the browser for the current tool interaction. Cleartali is designed not to send raw finance amounts, dates, pasted JSON, encoded text, decoded text, or user-written text to analytics provider sinks.

Where a result can be exported as a CSV file, the CSV file is generated in your browser from the same data already shown on the result section. The CSV is delivered as a local file download, and no input value, output value, or session metadata is transmitted to Cleartali servers or third parties as part of the export.

If a future feature asks you to submit information, that feature should provide its own clear notice before submission.

Analytics And Tool Events

Cleartali may use Google Analytics 4 to measure page views, route readiness, tool calculations, validation errors, reset actions, related-tool clicks, FAQ expansion, result CSV downloads, and broad engagement signals, subject to applicable consent requirements.

Analytics events are intended to use route names, tool names, mode names, consent-status buckets, and aggregate interaction metadata rather than raw tool input values. Cleartali does not intentionally send raw finance amounts, dates, pasted JSON, encoded text, decoded text, or user-written text to Google Analytics.

Cleartali may allow Google Analytics technical support access when needed for service and may contribute aggregated and de-identified measurement data for Google Analytics modeling, benchmarking, and business insights. This does not change the no-raw-tool-input analytics rule.

Cleartali also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused measurement service provided at the network edge by the site's hosting and content-delivery provider. It reports aggregate traffic and performance signals such as page views, referrers, and load timing. It does not set cookies or use client-side fingerprinting to track or identify individual visitors.

Cleartali enables GA4 enhanced measurement narrowly. In addition to the controlled events listed above, GA4 may collect outbound-link click events (clicks on links that lead away from cleartali.com). Scrolls, site search, video engagement, file downloads, and form interactions are intentionally disabled to keep the event set minimal and to avoid capturing tool input metadata.

Error Tracking And Diagnostics

Cleartali uses Sentry as an error-tracking provider to detect runtime errors, broken pages, and reliability issues. Error reports may include technical diagnostic data such as error messages, stack traces, route path, browser or device information, user agent, release ID, environment, and severity.

Error tracking is intended for reliability and security diagnostics only. Cleartali is designed not to intentionally send raw calculator inputs, pasted JSON, encoded text, decoded text, or user-written text to error-tracking providers, and optional behavior-recording features such as session replay are not part of the launch posture.

Advertising, Cookies, And Identifiers

Cleartali is designed to support advertising on approved routes only. When Google AdSense or other advertising services are enabled, Google and other third parties may place or read cookies, use web beacons, receive IP addresses, or use other identifiers as part of ad serving, measurement, fraud prevention, frequency capping, and related operations.

Advertising providers may use information such as the page URL, browser or device information, approximate location inferred from IP address, and ad interaction data. Cleartali does not intentionally send personally identifying tool inputs to Google for advertising.

When the Cleartali Google Analytics 4 property is linked with a Google Ads account, Google Ads may receive imported conversions from Cleartali GA4 events, exported audiences for remarketing where allowed by user consent, and auto-tagged campaign click data. This linkage is used for measurement consistency and for advertising campaigns Cleartali runs on Google's networks.

Google Advertising Disclosures

Google explains how it uses information from sites and apps that use Google services at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Google may use data from partner sites to deliver services, maintain and improve those services, measure advertising effectiveness, protect against fraud and abuse, and personalize content or ads where allowed by user settings and applicable consent.

When enabled, Google Signals allows Google to enrich Cleartali analytics with cross-device and cross-session information for users signed into a Google account with ad personalization enabled. Google may combine this information with the user's Google ad-personalization profile for demographic insights, interest reporting, and remarketing where allowed by user consent. You can opt out of Google's ad personalization at any time through Google ad settings.

If a Google Ads account is linked, remarketing audiences may be created based on visitor behavior captured by Google Analytics 4. Personalized remarketing for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland requires explicit consent through the Google-certified consent management platform before any remarketing audience is populated.

Consent Choices

Cleartali shows a consent banner on your first visit with Accept and Decline choices. Your choice is stored locally in this browser so the site can remember it, and you can change it at any time through the Privacy choices link in the footer. Cleartali applies region-specific Google Consent Mode defaults so the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland remain consent-required while other regions follow the applicable default for that region. Measurement events are annotated with the active consent state, and where storage consent is denied Google Consent Mode limits the provider to cookieless signals.

For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, personalized Google ads require a Google-certified consent management platform integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework before they are served. Non-personalized ads may still require consent for cookies or local storage used for purposes such as frequency capping, aggregate reporting, and fraud prevention.

You can also manage cookies and site data through your browser settings. Google ad personalization controls are available through Google ad settings.

Third-Party Providers

The application includes provider-ready scaffolding for analytics, advertising, consent management, and error tracking. Live provider identifiers remain configuration-controlled and should only be enabled for production when the relevant accounts, disclosures, and consent requirements are ready.

Provider disclosures should be reviewed whenever a live analytics, advertising, CMP, or error-tracking vendor is enabled. Third-party providers, including Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Google consent tools, and Sentry, may have their own privacy practices and controls.

Cleartali may link its Google Analytics 4 property with a Google Ads account when paid acquisition campaigns are active. Google Ads is then a downstream recipient of conversion and audience data from Google Analytics 4, subject to the consent posture described above.

Storage, Security, And Retention

The site may use browser storage for necessary preferences such as theme choice and consent state. Operational providers may retain diagnostic, security, analytics, advertising, or error-reporting data according to their own configured retention settings and policies.

Cleartali uses HTTPS in production and keeps provider IDs and secrets configuration-controlled. No website transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
